Want to get a total body workout but can’t remember which exercises really count? Do 10 repetitions of each exercise
(if applicable) from the cheat sheet…and repeat if you dare!
- Cardio 5 minutes: Step Ups on Box
- 10 Squats with Dumbell Overhead Shoulder Press
- 10 Lunges with Medicine Ball Front Toss
- 10 Lateral Torso Twists with Single Cable Pull
- 10 Floor Push Ups
- 10 Lower Abdominal Crunches
- Cardio 20-30 minutes: Eliptical Machine
- Floor Stretching: Back, Thighs, Calves, Biceps, Triceps
