Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of brown rice
- 1 chicken breast
- Bell peppers (any color)
- Snow peas
- 1 carrot
- Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce
- Cook 2 cups of raw brown rice according to package directions – place extra cooked rice in containers and put in the fridge
- Cube a chicken breast. Fry in a splash of olive oil
- Cut 1/3 each of 2 types of bell peppers (red, yellow, orange or green)
- Peel and cut a carrot
- Grab a handful of snow peas
- Stir-fry vegetables (stir often) in a splash of olive oil in another fry pan
- Once chicken has begun to brown add some Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce (buy this type specifically). Mix so that the chicken is coated and the sauce begins to bubble
- Add chicken and sauce to vegetables, mix and coat the vegetablesServe on brown rice.
